Anatomy & biology diagrams

Our anatomy and biology diagrams are adapted from Servier Medical Art by Servier, licensed under CC BY 4.0. The original illustrations have been re-coloured, labelled, and integrated into interactive diagrams for teaching. Servier does not endorse Print My Lesson.

Additional diagrams

A few diagrams use openly-licensed artwork from Wikimedia Commons: the chloroplast is by Kelvinsong (dedicated to the public domain under CC0), and the fluid-mosaic cell membrane is by Mariana Ruiz Villarreal (LadyofHats), released into the public domain. Both have been labelled and made interactive for teaching.

Openly-licensed (CC BY-SA) diagrams

Some plant-biology and physiology diagrams use artwork licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 (share-alike), via Wikimedia Commons: the endocrine system (OpenStax & Tomáš Kebert), stomata & guard cells (Ali Zifan), xylem & phloem transport (Nefronus), and the reflex arc (Verona Dethran); and the root cross-section (Loki 66) under CC BY-SA 3.0. These have been re-labelled and made interactive; our modified versions are shared under the same share-alike licence.
