Question 1

The line l1l_{1} has equation y=−52x−4y = -\frac{5}{2}x - 4. The line l2l_{2} is perpendicular to l1l_{1} and passes through the point (−6,−3)(-6, -3). Find an equation of l2l_{2} in the form y=mx+cy = mx + c, where m and c are constants.
